Are you organized, proactive, and ready to support key operations across Talent and Facilities? We’re seeking a Talent and Facilities Coordinator II to join our team and play a vital role in managing processes, systems, and events that keep our organization running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Manage daily Talent and Facilities inboxes—track, prioritize, and report on requests and inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate teammate records in HR and Talent systems.
Coordinate and support Talent/Facilities training sessions, HR webinars, job fairs, and company events.
Oversee food service programs and manage mail distribution.
Act as the liaison between the Director of Facilities and vendors for account management.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes including desk setups, breakdowns, and Day 1 orientations.
Maintain office supplies for the building and SWAG for the Talent/Facilities team.
Process employment verifications, unemployment claims, and assist recruitment through reference checks, contract issuance, and scheduling interviews and hiring events.
Assist with large-scale projects such as company moves and building restacks.
Manage and update content on Talent/Facilities SharePoint sites, including graphics and reporting.
Provide data and reports related to HR processes such as interview results, exit surveys, compliance, and more.
Who You Are:
You have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role.
You’re proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
You hold an Associate’s degree or have equivalent work experience.
You communicate clearly and effectively.
You’re comfortable hosting and managing virtual meetings using platforms like WebEx, Adobe Connect, or Microsoft Teams.
Bonus Points:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience coordinating events.
Ability to read and interpret floor plans.
