We’re currently seeking a Dining Room Manager with a strong background in hospitality, dining room leadership, and prior senior living or dine-in service to help lead our exceptional dining team.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

  • 3+ years of hospitality or fine dining management experience

  • Proven skills in customer service, team leadership, and guest satisfaction

  • Strong communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor

  • Familiarity with dining technology systems (POS, reservations, etc.)

  • Knowledge of HACCP protocols and dining regulations in healthcare/retirement settings preferred

  • Ability to train, inspire, and lead a service-driven team

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable dining experience

  • Lead and schedule dining staff, evaluate performance, and support training and onboarding

  • Manage POS systems, reservations, menus, and service logistics

  • Maintain operational standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance

  • Collaborate with the Director of Dining and Hospitality Services to ensure smooth operations

  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture in the dining room
