What we are looking for

  • At least 5 years of Motor claims handling experience
  • To have experience in managing a team of claim handlers
  • Good leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and a fast learner, able to grasp processes and system quickly
  • Good knowledge of local legislations
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong customer orientation, team player
  • Proficient in MS office applications
