Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Operations & Content Specialist to join our dynamic Digital Marketing & Customer Experience team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operations of the DMK and CX teams, with a particular focus on website content management and direct customer communications. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and marketing operations skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail and excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Website Content Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Income website content update requests, engaging with various internal stakeholders (e.g., product, sales, finance, brand teams).
    • Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle for Income’s corporate website, from request intake and prioritization to publishing and archival.
    • Ensure all website content is accurate, up-to-date, on-brand, and optimized for SEO.
    • Identify and implement process enhancements for website content management to improve efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.
    • Maintain a content calendar for website updates and new content launches.
  • Marketing Operations & Project Management:
    • Oversee and project manage direct customer communications, working closely with relevant teams (e.g., Ops, Finance, Strategic Comms, OS) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
    • Develop and maintain efficient workflows for various direct communication operational tasks.
    • Track and report on the progress of content and communication projects, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
    • Support the broader Digital Marketing & Customer Experience team with operational needs as required.

  • Specific SLA milestone KPIs

 

Qualifications & Competencies / Key Traits:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on project management and marketing operations.
  • Proven experience with content management systems (CMS)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) is highly desirable.
