What You’ll Do
- Own CRM planning and execution for a group of markets, including campaign strategy, channel mix, and messaging cadence.
- Design, build, and deploy campaigns across lifecycle stages using Email, SMS, and Push—ensuring quality, consistency, and performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with performance, product, creative, data, and regional teams to align CRM with broader growth priorities.
- Mentor analysts and support cross-team development, bringing operational clarity and creative quality to the execution process.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation across content, targeting, and journeys—using insights to continuously improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, sharing results and recommendations to improve future creative, targeting, and structure.
- Help manage platform health by overseeing data flows, segmentation accuracy, and CRM tooling best practices.
- Collaborate on content strategy and provide feedback that drives performance across multiple markets and audience types.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and industry standards—upholding opt-in integrity, localization, and deliverability best practices.
Who You Are
- 4–6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing—ideally in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth B2C businesses.
- Proficient in Braze, Iterable, Zeta, or a similar CRM platform. Familiarity with CDPs and data enrichment tools is a plus.
- Strong technical capabilities in audience segmentation, dynamic content, behavioral targeting, and lifecycle automation.
- Comfortable working in HTML/CSS for email execution and troubleshooting. Scripting experience (AMPscript, Handlebars) a plus.
- Data-literate and comfortable building performance narratives based on message engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
- A strong communicator and project manager—able to drive clarity and alignment across functions and timelines.
- Passionate about scaling CRM as a growth lever, and excited to build within a fast-moving, high-impact team.
