HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE:

Are you a detail-oriented benefits professional who is passionate about service and rooted in faith? EWTN is seeking a Benefits Administrator to support and care for our employees through the administration of our benefit programs. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be part of a global Catholic media apostolate dedicated to spreading the Gospel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Administer all employee benefit programs and manage day-to-day activities
  • Conduct benefits orientation for new hires
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment and ACA reporting
  • Oversee FMLA and leave of absence processes
  • Reconcile and submit insurance invoices
  • Serve as liaison for 403(b) plan and participate in annual audit
  • Maintain employee wellness program
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and recommend process improvements

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in benefits administration for a multi-site organization
  • Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other benefit-related regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (strong in Excel) and HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Respect for confidentiality and a compassionate, service-oriented approach
  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other relevant field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
  • Affinity for EWTN’s mission and understanding of the Catholic faith; practicing Catholic preferred
