Are you a detail-oriented benefits professional who is passionate about service and rooted in faith? EWTN is seeking a Benefits Administrator to support and care for our employees through the administration of our benefit programs. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Administer all employee benefit programs and manage day-to-day activities
- Conduct benefits orientation for new hires
- Coordinate annual open enrollment and ACA reporting
- Oversee FMLA and leave of absence processes
- Reconcile and submit insurance invoices
- Serve as liaison for 403(b) plan and participate in annual audit
- Maintain employee wellness program
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and recommend process improvements
ABOUT YOU:
- 3–5 years’ experience in benefits administration for a multi-site organization
- Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other benefit-related regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (strong in Excel) and HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Respect for confidentiality and a compassionate, service-oriented approach
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other relevant field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- Affinity for EWTN’s mission and understanding of the Catholic faith; practicing Catholic preferred
