About the Role
Ariat is seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and strategic Associate, Sales Operations and Compliance to support the growth and efficiency of our sales organization. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, analyzing sales data, optimizing processes, and acting as a key liaison between cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and exercises independent judgment in solving complex operational challenges.

- Partnering with sales leadership to develop tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making across the sales organization
- Analyzing sales trends, promotional performance, and inventory positions to identify areas of opportunity and recommending process improvements
- Owning and optimizing sales operations workflows, including calendar planning, pipeline tracking, and account planning tools
- Developing scalable systems for managing new product launches, including coordination with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain
- Leading the coordination and execution of key sales events, including materials preparation, logistics planning, and post-event reporting
- Managing internal communications for the sales team, including preparing presentations, sales updates, and KPI summaries
- Collaborating with account managers and customer service teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure alignment across sales support functions
- Tracking and reconciling marketing co-op expenditures, liaising with finance and marketing teams to ensure proper documentation and ROI analysis
- Overseeing the accuracy and delivery of sales samples and fixtures, leveraging project management tools to ensure timely execution
- Taking the lead on ensuring Head of Key Accounts & English has meeting materials such as presentations and marketing assets or event materials to support meeting deliverables
- Managing compliance and Amazon specific processes
- Serving as a subject matter expert on sales systems and tools (e.g., Workfront, CRM, inventory platforms), supporting training and adoption across the team
- Assisting with other duties as requested
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar analytical/operational role
- Strong understanding of sales workflows, order management, and customer support processes
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat DC; experience with CRMs, ERPs, and project management tools (e.g., Workfront) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise independent judgment, and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Amazon account management experience preferred
- Customer and sales meeting travel required

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
