We are an open-minded, dedicated team looking for you a student of Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 

Together with you, we want to advance the learning and training offerings at GEA, true to our slogan: Take action. Empower yourself. Enjoy learning! 

Your tasks would include: 

  • Supporting the GEA Academy team in day-to-day operations at an international level for 16-20 hours per week 

  • Working on diverse projects and being a full-fledged member of the team 

  • Taking on independent responsibilities in organizing and administrating training 

  • Assisting in planning, creating, and implementing each year’s training courses and materials for corporate training 

  • Working with our Learning Management System to maintain the learning catalog and managing the end-to-end registration and participation process and maintaining learning histories  

  • Supporting the creation of e-learnings 

  • Handling Learning & Development inquiries and communications with all Academy participants 

  • Operational and administrative tasks are part of your role 

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • You are studying Adult Education, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field 

  • You are open-minded, motivated, want to gain practical experience, and develop yourself further 

  • You demonstrate a high degree of independence and responsibility for assigned tasks 

  • You have a precise, independent, and proactive working style with high quality standards 

  • Ideally, you already have some experience in Learning & Development 

  • Long-term availability (more than 1 year as a working student) 

  • Very good Microsoft Office skills and an affinity for working with systems (Learning Management System, Ticketing System such as ServiceNow, Articulate) 

  • Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
