Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proficienct in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software (i.e. Monday.com and Kokua).
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies.
- Provide support in budgeting and financial reporting activities.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from staff.
- Purchase, receive and inventory requests from staff and administrators.
- Coordinate substitutes on a daily basis, as needed.
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Effectively represent RMCA, its program, policies and philosophy to the community.
