Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. (SEMP) is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our fast-paced office operations. Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service or call center processing and thrive in a collaborative, service-oriented environment. 


Main Responsibilities

  • Process a moderate volume of incoming and outbound calls  
  • Effective and informative communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic office environment
  • Able to work a flexible part-time schedule, Monday through Friday 


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or call center role
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using office equipment (multi-line phone systems, printers, scanners)
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM preferred
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
