How You Will Help
- Receive and review incoming orders via various channels (email, phone, online platforms).
- Verify order information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Accurately enter order details in the company’s order management systems.
- Communicate with customers and/or internal stakeholders to clarify order details and/or resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Inventory Management, and Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Maintain organized records of all orders and related documentation in ASC systems and platforms.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to order processing, including but not limited to inventory availability, pricing discrepancies, or shipping concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to order status or other order-related matters.
- Continuously strive to improve order entry processes and efficiency, suggesting and implementing enhancements where applicable.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in order entry, data entry or a similar role. Preferably in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Proficiency in order management systems, Outlook and other MS applications. CRM experience is a strong plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands, with ability to work overtime on occasion.
