JOB SUMMARY

This position’s primary role is to coordinate dealer development and sales activities by providing department administrative and dealer management support. Key responsibilities will provide direct support to the Dealer Development and Sales departments. This position will support and monitor the US and Canadian KIOTI dealer networks. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

  • Responsible for documentation, notification and recording of dealer violation cases, performance notices and terminations.
  • Primary owner and coordinator for Dealer Development email inbox.
  • Compile and provide Dealer Development reports as needed.
  • Be focal contact for dealer issue inquiries and resolutions.
  • Assist with evaluation of dealers regarding contract compliance and performance including monitoring COI compliance and tracking.
  • Maintain KIOTI’s UCC-1 filings
  • Assist with dealer management, dealer analytics and reporting.
  • Receive, process and log information related to stolen equipment reports, along with internal notification to appropriate departments and entities.
  • Assist with international dealer documentation and tracking.
  • Maintain dealership information, electronic files and physical files.
  • Lead or assist in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for Dealer Development and Sales.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of bulletins relating to Dealer Development and Sales.
  • Manage updates and changes to the Dealer Sales Manual as directed by sales management and/or due to policy and procedural changes communicated to in various ways such as bulletins, memorandums, letters or other forms of communication (both internal and external).
  • Creation and management of various forms and documents utilized by Dealer Development and Sales.
  • Assist in DocuSign activities for the Dealer Development and Sales teams by providing maintenance, assistance, troubleshooting and template design and creation as needed.
  • Provide other support and assistance to the Dealer Development and Sales teams as directed by the department supervisor or manager.

 

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate’s degree preferred or (4) years of relevant business experience. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Detailed, well-organized and the ability to multi-task.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work on their own.
  • Experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Use of MS-CRM or similar customer relations software.
