Roles and Responsibilities:
-Support the Head of office in all administrative activities ranging to managing meetings with local and global stakeholders, travel and logistics, time and expense management, engagement with external stakeholders and managing various vendor relationships like Industry bodies

-Support various Hyderabad office initiatives including Campus, D&I and CSR initiatives, on need basis and directions from Head of Office

-Support all logistics and travel requirements for Head of office and global visitors to Hyderabad office

- Serve as the point of contact for Hyderabad team and senior stakeholders in LA and other offices

- Responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism in all administrative support functions.

- Closely with senior leadership to align the team’s objectives with broader group goals.

- Execute all tasks required to support efficient functioning of the Hyderabad office

- This position requires working from 12pm to 9pm and 4 days in office.

Basic qualifications:
The qualities of a results-driven resource with an exceptional background in managing high-performing administrative or operations teams, preferably in a global, fast-paced environment

At least 8-10 years of relevant experience, including people management and direct stakeholder interaction

Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and drive proactive solutions

Maintain confidentiality and high levels of integrity

Excellent business acumen, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build relationships across geographies and cultures

A bachelor’s degree, along with proven mastery of Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook and Excel
