As a Global Customer Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing customer-centric marketing strategies on an international level. You will collaborate closely with global and local teams to develop innovative marketing approaches that support dentists, patients, and internal stakeholders. Your mission is to strengthen our market position through impactful campaigns and go-to-market excellence that reflect the scientific value of our products.

 

Tasks

Strategic Implementation & Cross-Functional

  • Execute global marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business growth.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives across all product launch phases.
  • Define and monitor marketing KPIs to evaluate campaign success and ROI.
  • Collaborate with affiliates and target groups to deliver tailored marketing tools and activation concepts.
  • Gather user insights to inform product development and commercial strategies.


Campaigns & Execution

  • Plan and manage multichannel marketing campaigns aligned with global strategy.
  • Develop compelling sales arguments, promotional concepts, and product messaging.
  • Ensure scientific accuracy and consistency in claims and USPs.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and engagement strategies.
  • Manage international KOL relationships to amplify campaign reach.
  • Create training and enablement materials for internal teams.


Compliance & Optimization

  • Support business case evaluations for marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ensure compliance in marketing content through collaboration with Medical Affairs and Regulatory.
  • Translate clinical insights into actionable marketing and sales content.


Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in international product or customer marketing, preferably in healthcare or MedTech.
  • Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, campaign management, and affiliate enablement.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
