As the Global E-Commerce & UX Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic evolution and day-to-day performance of Geistlich’s global eCommerce platform. This role ensures a seamless, conversion-optimized customer journey by combining digital product management with user experience leadership. You will collaborate closely with our affiliate teams, internal departments, and external partners to implement innovations that enhance digital commerce and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of the global eCommerce platform, including roadmap management, operations, and vendor coordination
  • Continuously improve the user experience (UX) and digital product presentation across all eCommerce touchpoints
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to customer engagement on the eCommerce platform, cart abandonment, cart to order conversion rates and average order value Identify performance gaps and proactively initiate improvements in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and IT
  • Provide structured, accessible platform documentation and training to affiliates and key users
  • Lead UX and conversion rate optimization initiatives through A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and customer feedback
  • Support global digital campaigns with product and transactional experience alignment
  • Evaluate and implement new digital tools or processes that enhance the eCommerce customer journey
  • Coordinate closely with the “Digital Business Technical Support” function for issue resolution and technical enhancements

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, UX Design, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce management, digital platform ownership, or UX optimization
  • Proven track record of driving platform performance through data-driven decisions and iterative testing
  • Experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms such as Woo Commerce, Magento / Adobe Commerce, Shopify or SAP Commerce
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journey mapping and UX principles
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and regions, with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English (German a plus)
