- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, including hardware, software, and networking problems
- Confidently provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, firewalls, and other network infrastructure
- Assist with Azure cloud services and Entra ID identity management tasks where applicable
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and client interactions using ticketing systems
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify recurring issues to recommend process enhancements or preventive solutions.
Let's talk about you and your skills...
- Have a minimum of three years’ experience in an IT support role, ideally within a service desk or managed service provider environment
- Have a strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and networking technologies (routers and firewalls)
- Be able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software and network systems
- Be tech-savvy, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment
- Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator
