Our Onshore business is driving the energy transition in Germany, and the Networks & Grid team plays a key role in ensuring reliable, efficient, and sustainable grid integration of renewable assets.
Your Role
As a Working Student in the Networks & Grid team, you will support a variety of technical and strategic tasks related to grid connection, infrastructure planning, and regulatory compliance. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the energy sector and contribute to real-world projects that shape the future of clean energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of grid connection applications and documentation
- Support data analysis and reporting related to grid performance and infrastructure
- Help coordinate with transmission and distribution system operators (TSOs/DSOs)
- Contribute to internal process improvements and documentation
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional collaboration
- Conduct research on regulatory developments and technical standards
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Strong interest in grid infrastructure and renewable energy
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with GIS or grid modeling tools is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
