Velosio and Stratos Cloud Alliance are seeking a dynamic and experienced ISV Manager to support our suite of ISV products that we sell to our customers, including D365 BC, D365 F&O, D365 CE, Netsuite, and Power Platform. The ISV Manager will play a crucial role in managing relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), ensuring seamless integration and collaboration to enhance our offerings.

Your day might look like::Key Responsibilities:
Establish and Negotiate Margins
- Negotiate repeatable, scalable margin agreements with ISVs that align with our profitability and go-to-market strategies.
ISV Setup & Administration
- Manage the setup process and ensure ISV information is accurately entered into our systems and tools.
ISV Review & Maintenance
- Conduct regular audits to identify outdated or unprofitable agreements; proactively resolve issues to protect margins and service quality.
Documentation Management
- Own the ISV documentation process, maintaining up-to-date contracts, pricing models, integration details, and partnership records.
ISV Onboarding
- Lead and refine the onboarding process for new ISV partners—ensuring technical, operational, and sales alignment from day one.
Solution Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to build campaigns that spotlight ISV offerings and drive demand from Velosio’s customer and partner base.
Solution Packaging & Vertical Strategy
- Create bundled solutions using white-labeled and multi-ISV offerings tailored to specific industries or client segments.
Velosio IP Awareness
- Maintain a deep understanding of Velosio’s proprietary solutions and identify synergies or enhancement opportunities within ISV partnerships.
5+ years experience in channel management, product management, or vendor relationship management—preferably in the Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite ecosystem.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with experience managing partner agreements.
Understanding of software go-to-market strategies, packaging, and licensing.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and process management.
Familiarity with ISVs across Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, and Power Platform is a plus.
