Role Summary:

The Manager of Loyalty Performance Strategy will lead projects and initiatives to grow loyalty performance, serve as a business partner with other internal performance functions and develop content to maintain awareness of loyalty developments with stakeholders.

 

Your Day to Day:

  • Translating data into Actions – Ability to interpret business drivers, program performance and market conditions to monitor the short term and long-term program development.
  • Loyalty Performance Growth Projects – Lead projects and major initiatives to drive increase in loyalty metrics from discovery through delivery; will include development of business cases, stakeholder mapping, leading working groups; may include pilots and consideration of technology requirements.
  • Regional and Functional Performance Improvement – Serve as business partner with other functions, including Operations and Commercial teams, to embed loyalty performance, address feedback on potential pain points and create advocacy across the business.
  • Socialization Content – Lead the development of presentations to maintain awareness of loyalty development roadmap, progress and results from recently launched program enhancements; partner across L&P to manage inputs and coordinate narratives through delegation across the broader team.
  • Program Development – Partner with team to support loyalty program evolution work through improvements in benefits, pricing strategy and program structure; Identify opportunities to drive program evolution considering brand, owner, member and market trends/needs.

What We Need From You:

  • 4+ years progressive experience with demonstrated commercial success in strategy, consulting, professional services or loyalty program management, preferably in travel or hospitality.
  • Analytical Thinker – Ability to interpret business drivers, program performance and market conditions to make informed recommendations on program development.
  • Collaboration – Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional, globally-dispersed teams.
  • Program Management – Proven track record of managing complex projects with global considerations in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Collaborating with Others – Demonstrated ability to engage people in the discussion about the customer journey and the future loyalty vision with cross-functional, globally dispersed teams.
  • Loyalty Mindset – Strong knowledge of loyalty concepts and understanding of program economics.

Location – Atlanta GA (Hybrid – in office 3 days a week)

 

The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $100,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
