1Vision is seeking a motivated and results-driven Promotional Products Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll sell custom-branded merchandise to businesses for marketing campaigns, trade shows, corporate gifts, and employee programs. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for helping brands stand out.
- Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
- Recommend promotional product solutions that align with client goals
- Prepare and deliver quotes, product presentations, and proposals
- Negotiate pricing and close sales
- Coordinate with suppliers to source and fulfill client orders
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and client needs
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in promotional products or B2B sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with ASI, SAGE, or other promotional product platforms a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
