A2LA is a non-profit, public service membership organization offering compliance and accreditation services to organizations all over the world. The Role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the posting schedule and engagement results on LinkedIn, tracking campaign progress, designing and developing digital marketing materials, collating content, creating videos, webinar and podcast coordination, sending company emails, updating online assets, and managing files digitally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage LinkedIn marketing efforts, including content design and scheduling, advertising campaigns, budget tracking, copy and graphic creation, and performance analytics; support weekly, monthly, and annual planning
  • Coordinate and host webinars, podcasts, and video content, ensuring seamless production and audience engagement
  • Support website updates and maintenance using WordPress, including editing, designing graphics, tracking analytics, and generating performance reports
  • Execute email marketing campaigns using Pardot and Outlook, adhering to email marketing best practices and brand guidelines
  • Promote and support events through advertising, audience research, and onsite logistical assistance
  • Perform other duties assigned

Requirements

A2LA may provide exceptions to educational requirements for veterans who demonstrate the ability to perform the duties listed in this job posting. 


A successful candidate for these positions typically meets the following criteria: 

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing or related experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Knowledge of social media, email platforms, and marketing automation
  • Google Adwords and Analytics Certification
  • LinkedIn Advertising Certification
  • Adobe Suite knowledge (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere)
  • Video/audio recording, editing, and production knowledge
  • Highly detailed and organized
  • Critical thinking skills 
  • Able to develop and deliver reports and projections to the marketing team

Benefits & Compensation

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience. The wage range is $60,000-$75,000 annually.   • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk; sit for long hours, use fingers for typing; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision for reviewing documents on the computer or in hardcopy state. Some travel by car or plane may be required. 
  • Work Environment: Work is typically performed in an office setting. Hours are flexible, but they should normally encompass at least the core hours of 9:00AM to 3:00PM, totaling at least forty (40) hours for each work week, and suiting the needs of      various training clients, where appropriate.
