The Role
This is an ideal role for someone who is eager to learn, take ownership of meaningful projects, and move fast to make an impact. You’ll play a critical role at the intersection of technology, data, and go-to-market strategy — ensuring our GTM systems and processes enable Sonrai’s growth.
You’ll support the team by building, maintaining, and improving the tools and workflows that power our demand generation, sales, and marketing efforts.
The ‘GTM Engineer’ is a relatively new title. You may have experience in Marketing Operations or something similar. You may have a sales background. You may be a marketer who's got great technical skills and a penchant for thinking in systems and networks. You may be someone with a CS background who’s gotten into marketing and MarTech. Either way - you’ve got sales DNA, know your way around an LLM prompt, and have administered some MarTech systems before.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain automation and workflows in our GTM tech stack to support campaigns, reporting, and sales enablement
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless integration and data flow across systems
Help execute and optimize marketing campaigns, data enrichment, and lead routing processes
Collaborate on new tool implementations and ensure adoption across the team
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve GTM efficiency

Qualifications
Must-haves:
3+ years of experience in a marketing operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or similar role
Familiarity with B2B SaaS go-to-market processes and terminology
Experience with, or willingness to quickly learn, MarTech tools like:
○ Marketo (or another marketing automation platform)
○ Salesforce
○ Default
Fluency in low-code tools like Clay, Zapier, or similar tools
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with manipulating and analyzing data
Experience using LLMs integrated across systems
Bonus:
Proficiency in:
○ Python (or similar scripting language)
○ Data visualization tools
○ Wordpress
○ Cloud marketing
Experience in:
○ Cloud security marketing
○ AWS
