As a Technical Administrative Assistant III, you will perform a variety of functions in providing proactive administrative support of our field teams and deployable personnel. You will also provide proactive administrative support at the Director level and will actively contribute to the creation and execution of various projects and goals. You'll model high standards for the technical administration team and ensure overall adherence to corporate standards and business processes throughout the execution of daily support tasks. You'll be responsible for preparing deployment packages, coordinating travel, and overseeing medical, dental, and vision requirements for deployed personnel. You'll submit expense reports and purchase requisitions, maintain office supply inventory on-site, and work closely with the technical administration team to ensure all site and personnel needs are met. You'll initiate and track various applications, process and verify data from multiple sources, and utilize numerous IT platforms in your daily tasks. Additionally, you will liaise with all point of contacts on military bases and government buildings and support security and government clearance requirements.

The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • B.A. (or equivalent degree) and 4 years of relevant work experience, or H.S. Diploma and 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

  • Must have extensive knowledge of administrative practices, to include preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, maintaining spreadsheets, and coordinating travel.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively address challenges and opportunities.

  • Proven self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Outgoing and personable, with excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive office environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate various administrative functions seamlessly.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with staff, visitors, and external partners.

  • Experience in managing office operations, including scheduling, event planning, and facilities coordination.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with Microsoft Visio, Teams and SharePoint

  • Experience in a DOD environment and familiarity with JTR and FCG

  • Experience with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management system
