The Job 

  • Responsible for driving and leading engagement related programmes and communication 
  • Partner with Staff Recreational Communities to organize different employee engagement related events and activities 
  • Design, conduct and facilitate new joiner jumpstart orientation training 
  • Managing training administration and maintain accurate event or training related records, including but not limited to event contracts, procurement assessment, training calendar, enrolment & attendance tracking, training report and evaluation summaries, etc. 
  • Process and administer learning records and related information on HR learning management system 
  • Provide reporting on employee engagement surveys and analysis when needed 
  • Manage learning sponsorship programmes such as NITTP application and LOMA examination  
  • Provide logistic and administrative support in the execution of learning and talent development activities, people engagement related events, administrative duties, and ad hoc assignment/projects 

 

The Person 

As the successful candidate,  

  • With 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in organizing enterprise-wide engagement events and activities
  • Good communication skills, able to work with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment 
  • Good organization skills, detail oriented and be able to manage multiple responsibilities 
  • A good team player, independent and proactive with strong sense of responsibility and can-do attitude 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Good command of both English and Chinese 
  • Interest in gaining practical work experience from Insurance or financial industry
