Job Description

We're looking for highly skilled and proactive HubSpot Specialists to join our team on a contract basis. You will be instrumental in optimizing our marketing, sales, and CRM operations through HubSpot. From strategic configuration to technical execution, you’ll help us unlock the full potential of the platform to drive growth and improve user experience.

Here's a snapshot of what you'll do:

Platform Strategy & Optimization

  • Audit clients' current HubSpot setup and provide actionable recommendations

  • Customize and optimize pipelines, properties, workflows, reports, and dashboards

  • Develop scalable automations for marketing, sales, and service teams

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Design, build, and A/B test marketing email campaigns and templates

  • Create and manage landing pages, forms, and CTAs

  • Track campaign performance and present insights with clear reporting

Sales & CRM Enablement

  • Ensure data cleanliness and consistency across the CRM

  • Create automation and lead scoring systems to enhance sales productivity

  • Build integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Typeform, Salesforce)

Training & Support

  • Provide technical support and documentation for internal users

  • Conduct occasional training or handoff sessions with teams

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CMS

  • Deep knowledge of CRM workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, and reporting

  • Strong grasp of email marketing best practices and personalization techniques

  • Proven ability to manage technical setup, troubleshoot errors, and maintain system integrity

  • Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

BONUS POINTS:

  • HubSpot certifications (especially in Marketing Automation or CMS Development)

  • Experience integrating HubSpot with tools like Zapier, Webflow, or Google Sheets

  • Familiarity with API usage for advanced automation

  • Prior experience supporting B2B or nonprofit organizations

  • Required: U.S. Eastern time zone availability
