SENIOR MANAGER, INTEGRATED MARKETING (DUAL)

 

The Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing will support the Director of Integrated Marketing in leading the development and execution of cohesive, customer-centric marketing journeys that amplify campaigns and product narratives across digital, in-store, social, email, loyalty programs, and key brand touchpoints.

 

Day-to-day: the role is responsible for helping manage and track monthly GTM roll-outs alongside larger tentpole brand campaigns, unifying and coordinating efforts across creative, retail, digital, social, email and partner channels in order to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, retention, and acquisition.  

 

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in tactical execution and management of large-scale integrated marketing campaigns in a retail or direct-to-consumer environment and is adept at cross-functional comms and project management, working across creative and strategic teams, and analyzing campaign effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

 

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that deliver 360 campaign amplification, consumer connection, and alignment to overall brand goals 

  • Collaborate with Digital, Retail, Community + Social and Creative teams to ensure campaign rollouts are synchronized across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and owned digital platforms.

  • Drive recurring cross-functional campaign planning meetings with teams, tracking and communicating GTM rollouts including digital, social media, email, content, e-commerce, loyalty, and retail

  • Lead the development and management of integrated marketing calendars, timelines, and platform planning across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

  • Work closely with Brand Operations to develop and implement processes to manage outcomes and tracking for ongoing product rollouts + brand initiatives

  • Support big-picture thinking that connects dots to enable and implement compelling online-to-offline experiences that elevate the brand’s identity, deliver sustained engagement, brand loyalty, and incremental demand.

  • Support roll-out and testing of new marketing channels (including media, OOH, and print), reviewing and negotiating partnership terms to optimize success, and collaborating with partners to drive real-time reporting

  • Help develop and execute brand toolkits for stores, partners, and stakeholders ensuring customer experience across all touchpoints aligns with our Creative Marketing vision and drives an integrated marketing experience

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships, partnering closely with the Creative Marketing team as well as E-commerce, Merchandising, Planning, Allocations, and Retail Operations teams to ensure successful roll-out of Integrated Marketing initiatives across channels

  • Work alongside Merchandising teams to amplify strategic messages across platforms, supporting the day to day processes to ensure synergy between paid, earned, and owned channels


Analytics and Reporting

  • Support real-time and post-campaign reporting + processes for all integrated marketing initiatives, including creative performance, campaign ROI, and audience engagement.

  • Support Director of Integrated Marketing in ad hoc analyses of customer data to identify opportunities to target and segment key audiences and optimize personalized, brand-aligned marketing journeys across touchpoints.

  • Analyze cross-channel marketing data to uncover insights on customer behavior, preferences, and trends that inform strategic decision-making.

  • Assist in developing and managing measurement frameworks and reporting processes used across internal teams and external partners.

  • Support reporting processes for the Creative Marketing function including measuring, analyzing, and developing hindsights, quarterly reviews, and campaign ROI analysis, ensuring all cross-functional and external partners deliver into reporting timelines as needed

 

Budget Management & ROI

  • Manage the Brand Marketing budget, ensuring monthly accounts are up-to-date and monthly reconciliation

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining campaign impact and quality

 

Retail Marketing + Wholesale

  • Develop and implement comprehensive retail marketing initiatives that drive traffic, increase sales, and communicate seasonal and evergreen brand messaging across the store fleet

  • Work with retail leadership to communicate monthly product + brand marketing messages via internal presentations, and develop in-store initiatives and services that drive loyalty and conversion

  • Act as connective tissue between retail and creative marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand experience and campaign messaging across all channels, from signage to comms

  • Track and manage monthly retail collateral + signage development 

  • Develop, execute, and manage store-wide directives + event/activation playbooks 

  • Support wholesale marketing requests, including tracking partner requests, liaising with our internal wholesale team to supply pitch decks, develop and execute pop-up activations, coordinate landing pages as well as email, site, and influencer extensions

  • Work with wholesale team to map and field asset requests and support social and IRL activations as required 


Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 7-9 years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably within a vertical retail or DTC environment

  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns with a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines as well as stakeholders

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset

  • Deep understanding of campaign planning, customer journeys, and omni-channel consumer behavior.

  • Proficient working knowledge of marketing platforms and project management tools including PowerBI, Airtable, Google Analytics, Meta, BlueCore, Keynote, Splash, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly synthesize data into snapshots for executive review, and deep-dives for team ideation

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $151,000.00
