About the Position: Performance Trust Capital Partners is seeking an Enterprise Shape Management (ESM) Analyst to join our Central Insights & Analytics (CIA) team. With a strong focus on bank balance sheet analysis and fixed income portfolio management, the CIA team is responsible for a framework and process for decision-making supported by tools, resources, and expertise, which enables our customers to understand, embrace, and take action. ESM Analysts work with our bank and credit union clients to optimize their interest rate risk strategies to help create value. The Analyst will use their modeling and presentation skills to build strategies and present them to executives at banks and credit unions.
Specifically, this individual will be responsible for the following:
- Use financial software to analyze income and value under different economic conditions
- Assist in preparing Asset Liability Management reports for banks and credit unions
- Review data and forecasts to check for accuracy
- Assist in researching banking industry trends and financial market changes
- Assist with preparation of presentations for client meetings
We are seeking candidates with the following qualification:
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry (banking, investments, or consulting preferred)
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint)
- Strong technical and analytical skills (experience using SQL & VBA a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of basic financial modeling
- Series 7 & 63 registration and/or CFA designation preferred

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - 85,000. This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however, may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
