As a Distribution Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicle Products, you will be responsible for managing key distributor accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. Your role will focus on driving profitable sales, supporting customer satisfaction, and contributing to the long-term strategic success of the business unit.
About the Job:
Manage key distribution accounts and foster strong relationships with partners
Identify new business opportunities and lead quoting, contracts, and commercial discussions
Develop and implement customer strategies and long-term sales plans
Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal engineering and product teams
Lead and coordinate cross-functional account support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable growth
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or account management (preferably in manufacturing or OEM/Tier 1 environments)
Strong understanding of sales strategy, customer applications, and distributor operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience coordinating global accounts and collaborating cross-functionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally
Experience working with global manufacturing and distribution companies preferred

Salary Range:
$73,900 - $99,340The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
