With minimal direction from the Director of Sales, the Sales Director is responsible for expanding and renewing healthcare business across an assigned portfolio of larger accounts—specifically supporting one of Inmar’s largest retail healthcare clients based in Northwest Arkansas.

This position offers the opportunity to strengthen client strategy expertise while accelerating revenue growth through innovative, insight-driven solutions. By deeply understanding client goals and aligning Inmar’s offerings to create measurable impact, the Sales Director builds enduring partnerships and consistently adds value.

A successful Sales Director leads with curiosity, communicates with confidence, and solves complex problems collaboratively. They are well-organized, responsive, quick to learn, and unrelenting in their commitment to delivering results.

Primary Accountabilities:

Influence

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts; contribute to client strategy and execute with excellence.

  • Collaborate with Client Strategy and Client Services teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

  • Drive pipeline growth by engaging decision-makers, including C-suite leaders.

  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals, securing incremental growth and long-term value.

  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand services; involve Solution Experts as needed.

  • Serve as a central connector across internal teams to ensure aligned and productive execution.

Strategic

  • Understand the strategic goals and evolving priorities of assigned clients.

  • Provide actionable insights and innovative solutions to help clients gain competitive advantage.
    Leverage internal networks to gain buy-in, accelerate solutions, and strengthen cross-functional impact.

  • Develop a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends and client-specific challenges.

Administrative (10%)

  • Maintain detailed, up-to-date records in Salesforce.com documenting all account activities.

  • Ensure consistent, proactive internal communication across the Sales team and broader organization.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Comply with all company policies and standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required.

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in account management or strategic sales, ideally within healthcare, logistics, financial services, or e-commerce.

  • Experience with CPG manufacturers or retailers preferred.

  • Proven ability to expand strategic accounts, negotiate high-value contracts, and sell consultatively across a range of product solutions.

  • Familiarity with Miller Heiman or comparable consultative sales methodology required.

  • Strong decision-making skills and a collaborative approach to overcoming obstacles.

  • Proficient in Salesforce.com.

  • Skilled in Google Suite and Microsoft Office for professional communications and reporting.
