Summary
Our Internal Wholesaler will play a critical role in enhancing outreach efforts, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales goals. This position involves providing comprehensive support to the sales team, managing advisor interactions, and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
Primary Responsibilities

Collaborate with assigned external wholesaler to create and implement territory's business plan, including call and email campaigns, follow-up cadence, conference prep, travel rotation and event invitations
- Conduct regular cold and warm phone call outreach to producing and prospect advisors with goals of advancing the relationship, adding to the pipeline for new or repeat business, and uncovering new potential business opportunities

Log all activities in Salesforce

- Articulate and present complex topics, including on Qualified Opportunity Zones, 1031 exchanges and DSTs products, and other real estate strategies to stakeholders

Accurately enter and manage both new and existing opportunities and reservations to the pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring up-to-date and organized records that adhere to the reservation policy

Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings, internal sales trainings, occasionally visiting Capital Square's Headquarters. No less than a minimum of twice per year, as scheduled by your manager

Support your territory through distribution of approved marketing materials, promotion of webinars, and other activities or events
Knowledge and Skills Requirements

College degree or 2(+) years of working equivalent

FINRA Registration Series 7 require
-
FINRA Registration Series 63 required, or to be obtained within 4 weeks of employment

Proven sales and marketing skills with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and effectively communicate complex concepts

In-depth understanding of real estate investments, preferably of QOZs and DSTs
-
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and the ability to maintain and utilize these tools for tracking and reporting is a must

Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and contributing to a positive work environment

Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely management of activities and pipeline in Saleforce

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and seizing opportunities
Work Location
Onsite in Richmond, Virginia, or possibility for remote.
