Job Summary

The National Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the service of existing and replacement equipment for the National Accounts within the National Service Department.


Nature & Scope

This position is responsible for receiving and entering National Service calls daily. Each call requires follow up until completed, approving invoices for service, repair, and preventative maintenance work. Gather pricing and processing quotes of service is also part of the job.


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Process work orders, ordering parts and following up until completion.
  • Enter all applicable information into Alert order management system.
  • Research/develop and maintain relationships to expand service network.
  • Prepare quotes for customers to include pricing, parts and lead times.
  • Log & track work orders daily.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Complete processing in the service software to invoice customer.
  • Approve vendor bills.
  • Manage all aspects of billing.
  • Administrative duties to include filing, faxing, compiling research, creating reports.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Requirements
  • This highly motivated individual must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and customer facility teams.
  • Ability to call and email the customer and the subcontractor on every call to coordinate the work to be performed and to verify the satisfaction after the job is complete.
  • An interest in learning about equipment used in a warehouse setting such as compactors, dock levers, bailers, and forklifts in order to troubleshoot customer’s needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, technology driven, service environment.
  • Able to work without supervision. Occasionally, will work in a team environment.
  • Proven organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (Tax implementation).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting processes.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products: Outlook; Excel; and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs and across remote offices.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.

Salary Range

The pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Employees may be eligible for additional incentive pay.
