The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for oversight of compensation and benefits administration, global mobility services, and leave of absence administration. They are responsible for guiding their team in the execution of all Total Rewards services and solutions within HR Operations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Team Management – Manage team, coordinating across the team to ensure daily activities are consistent and well-managed.
- Collaboration – Partner with the Total Rewards CoE to implement Total Rewards plans throughout the organization.
- Total Rewards administration: – Oversee compensation and benefits administration, global mobility services, and leave of absence administration.
- Compensation and Benefits administration – Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of health & welfare, non-executive compensation, wellness, and leave management programs in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Escalations- Manage the resolution of Total Rewards escalated inquiries. Triage and escalate selected inquiries involving policy exceptions to the Total Rewards CoE and assist with resolution as necessary.
- Reporting – Work with Reporting Services Professional to oversee the preparation of required regulatory reporting and total rewards program reporting.
- Assist in the development and implementation – Recommend improvements in systems and tools based on operations experience.
- Compliance – Ensure compliance with Total Rewards regulations.
- Content management– Share relevant Total Rewards content with Content Maintenance Services Professional to maintain the portal site.
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years in compensation & benefits.
- Advanced English level, and as a plus Portuguese.
- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Familiar with total rewards tools and processes, to make sure that required processes are completed.
- Familiar with job matching and evaluation, benefits program design.
- Advanced knowledge of HR processes and analytics.
Desirable requirements:
- Highly proficient use and applied knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Workday.
- Knowledge of program evaluation and change management principles, and an understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean & Six Sigma).
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills including facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative for work and project planning.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and timeliness/drive for results.
- Travel as needed by the business.
- May need to work non-standard hours on occasion.
