Join our national, commercial lending company as a Program Manager in our Vendor Finance team. We target integrated finance programs for medical device companies, manufacturers, software companies, and more, providing vendor salespeople with payment options to help sell their products.

As a Program Manager, you will engage in prospecting and sales activities with companies we have Vendor Program Agreements with. Your outreach efforts will focus on developing relationships with vendor salespeople and their leadership to identify financing opportunities, develop pricing, and deliver proposals. You will use various communication methods, including phone, text, email, Teams/Zoom meetings, and occasional field travel. Supported by our marketing team, you will develop materials to support your messaging. Occasionally, you will present to teams virtually and/or in person to roll out new vendor programs, deliver training, and meet with customers. This is a fast-paced, exciting position.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Motivated to learn about the companies assigned to them.

  • Eager to compete for and win business to help vendors achieve their goals while building their own business and growing funding volume.

  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Interested in succeeding through hard work.

  • Willing to travel as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • 2-3+ years of sales experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with some knowledge of CRM systems and/or Salesforce preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a relationship and sales growth mindset.

  • Excellent time management and presentation skills.

  • Ambitious, with a strong work ethic and a track record of sales success.

Compensation

The starting salary for this position is $62,500 - $65,000 (based on sales experience), with the opportunity to earn sales commissions and results-based bonuses. Our top performers can qualify for our prestigious President’s Club trip, which has been a 6-day adventure to locations like Turks & Caicos, Atlantis in the Bahamas, Bermuda, St. Thomas, and other tropical paradises.

We are hiring a limited number of professionals with a can-do attitude, who enjoy camaraderie, believe in excellence, and have an action orientation. If you value being part of a highly empowered team and enjoy an environment that rewards innovation, hard work, and excellence—we would love to talk to you.
