Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: USD 7 (to be paid in the candidate's local currency)

Number of Hours per week: 40 hours a week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Vernon, CA Time

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor”, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will also be accountable for handling their taxes and benefits independently. The salary is calculated and offered on an hourly basis

Primary Objective

We’re looking for a dynamic Website Manager to take ownership of our company’s digital presence. You’ll play a key role in shaping the online experience for our customers by ensuring our websites are up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for performance.

Responsibilities:

Website Management:

*Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.

*Managed product listings, uploaded new products, updated descriptions, and ensured accurate pricing and inventory levels.

*Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to increase online visibility and drive traffic.

*Monitor website performance, including loading speed, responsiveness, and functionality, addressing any issues promptly.

Content & Design Management:

*Work with the design and marketing teams to create and maintain engaging content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.

*Ensure that all visual and written content on the website reflects the latest trends in fashion and meets the expectations of our target audience.

*Regularly update the website with new content, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

*Track and analyze website metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales data, to identify areas for improvement.

*Generate regular reports on website performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams.

*Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about website updates and improvements.

Customer Experience & Support:

*Ensure a positive user experience by regularly testing website features and functionalities.

*Address customer inquiries and issues related to the website, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

*Work with customer service teams to streamline the online shopping experience and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Website Manager, preferably in the fashion and wholesale industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify and Magento), content management systems (CMS), and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with B2B e-commerce and wholesale website management is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Experience in fashion and wholesale markets, with an understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Basic knowledge of web development and design principles.
  • Familiarity with fashion-related content creation and digital marketing strategies.
