The salary is calculated and offered on an hourly basis Primary Objective We’re looking for a dynamic Website Manager to take ownership of our company’s digital presence. You’ll play a key role in shaping the online experience for our customers by ensuring our websites are up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for performance. Responsibilities: Website Management: *Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly. *Managed product listings, uploaded new products, updated descriptions, and ensured accurate pricing and inventory levels. *Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to increase online visibility and drive traffic. *Monitor website performance, including loading speed, responsiveness, and functionality, addressing any issues promptly. Content & Design Management: *Work with the design and marketing teams to create and maintain engaging content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging. *Ensure that all visual and written content on the website reflects the latest trends in fashion and meets the expectations of our target audience. *Regularly update the website with new content, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Analytics & Reporting: *Track and analyze website metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales data, to identify areas for improvement. *Generate regular reports on website performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams. *Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about website updates and improvements. Customer Experience & Support: *Ensure a positive user experience by regularly testing website features and functionalities. *Address customer inquiries and issues related to the website, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions. *Work with customer service teams to streamline the online shopping experience and enhance customer satisfaction.
