We are looking for a Backend Engineer for our Helpdesk Platform team. The quality and efficiency of our Customer Support work are critically important to Tabby, and Helpdesk Platform team is responsible for developing and evolving the internal Customer Support platform. Our main goals are to enhance the quality of support services, reduce routine tasks through automation and improved UI/UX, increase agent efficiency, and provide greater transparency of results to supervisors. Another key focus is developing an employee motivation system.

Relocation
We offer remote work from anywhere in the world and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.
Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia/Georgia/Serbia/Portugal/Spain.
We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account. In Armenia and Georgia the taxes are compensated by Tabby. In other countries we provide partial compensation of taxes.
We employ according to B2B contracts (service agreements).
