This is a fully on-site position focused on service delivery excellence for Unity Lab Services, based at our client's site at Grangecastle, Dublin.
It is a days only roles (Monday-Friday).

A day in the Life:
Specific activities could include:
- Receiving and de-trashing goods at customer sites, inventory management, order management, chemical management, glassware washing and product preparation.
- The role involves using a variety of computer software programs and technology.
- There will be face to face customer interaction requiring customer service and communication skills.
- Secondary School Leaving Certificate.
- Full clean driving license.
- Experience in laboratory setting or services preferred; experience in GLP/GMP environment a plus.
- Knowledge of logistics and consignment stock experience.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Maintain Thermo Fisher Scientifics’ Four-I Values.
- Displays a high level of confidentiality for both customer and Fisher.
- Strong desire to serve the customer, and the interpersonal skills to deal with various levels of personnel at the customer site.
- Operating skills to use hand held scanners and learn to enter data in various systems as necessary.
- Must be able to use a computer. Experience with Microsoft Office would be beneficial.
- Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
- Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed
- Office
- Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
- Will work with hazardous/toxic materials
