Timing: 6pm IST to 3am IST

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects across CRM, Website, Mobile App, and AI domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Management:
• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Technical Expertise:
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in CRM, Website, Mobile App, AI technologies, and platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Zoho, HubSpot, Flutter, and integrations using Zapier, API etc.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the digital and AI space.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and that project outcomes meet business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, CRM experts, Email experts, and AI experts.
• Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards of quality.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Budget Management:
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and within approved limits.
• Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting any variances and proposed corrective actions.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.
• Present project outcomes and lessons learned to senior management and stakeholders.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and other team leaders.
• Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and milestones.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, managing projects in CRM, Website, Mobile App, and AI domains.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development or IT infrastructure.
• Excellent understanding of CRM systems, web technologies, mobile app development, AI/machine learning frameworks, and platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Zoho, HubSpot, Flutter, and Generative AI.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
