What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage all inbound/outbound patient, physician, and advocate communications professionally
• Accurately enter eligibility paperwork, prescriptions, and other information into the system
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records of all inquiries to enhance customer service
• Report any allergy, adverse events, or duplicate therapy warnings to the appropriate group
• Place outbound calls for clarification on program or pharmacy guidelines
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to work 11:30 am - 8 pm, Monday to Friday
• Ability to obtain and retain a Missouri state Pharmacy Technician License
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical field preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word) and navigating various applications required
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 6+ months of experience as a pharmacy technician or pharmacy knowledge preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
