- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders
- Implement and configure Google Ads conversion tracking across multiple practices
- Collaborate with regional marketing and operations teams to understand individual practice needs
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to boost results
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with a proven track record of results
- 2-4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Current Google Ads certification (Search, Display, AI, & Measurement required)
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising across various platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Multi-channel advertising experience
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking
- Moderate experience with WordPress for landing page optimization
- Experience working with third-party marketing agencies
