- High School Graduate
- Typically requires 1 year of experience in scheduling, customer service, and administrative support duties
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate and relate to diverse individuals
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement processes
