What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with travel bookings, reservations, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries to ensure a seamless booking process
• Address client concerns and complaints effectively, providing timely resolutions while demonstrating empathy and understanding
• Develop a thorough understanding of travel products, destinations, services, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field, preferably in the travel industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Empathy and patience in dealing with client inquiries, complaints, and issues
