We are seeking a Key Account Manager CES (Cable Entry Solutions) in our Trelleborg Antivibration Solutions BU, a part of Trelleborg Industrial Solutions.

About The Job

As Key Account Manager you are responsible for specific Key Accounts within the Cable Entry Solutions business.

Most of your Key Accounts are in field of OEM. The role requests a strong commercial acumen, a process driven mind-set and cellent technical skills with an ability to understand the market dynamics in targeted industries (Manufacturing & Machine Tools, Renewable Energy and Telecom) and tailormade solitions in the field of Cable Management Systems.

Moreover, the Key Account Manager will act as a contact person for our key accounts, implementing and following the global strategy.

Main focus of the role is on Central Europe. Further responsibility for countries within Southern, Eastern & Western Europe will be decided considering language skills. Besides, in exceptional cases international travel will be required, e.g. to visit different production sites. Travelling may be required of up to 20-40% of working time.

About The Ideal Candidate

You will have:

  • Good organization, time-management and forward planning
  • Excellent communication skills which you have proven in the past while interacting efficiently with customers in a professional manner
  • Very good understanding of business economics and value selling
  • Strong sales management, people skills and negotiation skills, very customer and service minded
  • Strong intrinsic motivation to develop business in a sales position
  • Highly independent and self-organized personality
  • Focused on problem-solving with the right balance between hands-on and process driven
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships on different management levels in an international environment (internaly and externally)
  • Well-experienced in dealing with IT systems such as CRM (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office, experience with ERP (SAP/Infor M3) will be advantageous

Education And Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role within Sales
  • University degree in preferably Electrical Engineering
  • Excellent communications skills, fluent in English
  • Further language will be a further benefit
  • Experience in project business
