Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role will involve leading the design efforts across our products Tuned.com and SageMaster.io, as well as enhancing the user experience of our e-commerce store. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs that drive engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to implementation for Tuned.com, SageMaster.io, and our e-commerce store.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes.
- Hire / Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to improve their skills and output.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer, preferably with experience in trading platforms, financial services, or e-commerce.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.
- Understanding of financial trading concepts and terminologies.
