Location: in one of our operating countries in Europe, as UK, Germany, Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, or Sweden.


Roboyo is looking for a dynamic individual to be their new Website and SEO Manager. They will be responsible for managing and optimizing Roboyo's website to ensure an excellent user experience, enhance search engine visibility, and drive organic traffic growth. This role combines expertise in web management, SEO strategies, and data analytics to improve the overall performance and impact of Roboyo's digital presence.


Within this role your key responsibilities will include:

  • SEO Strategy and implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase website conversions.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and optimize content accordingly.
  • On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, including meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, image alt text, and internal linking, to enhance on-page SEO.
  • Technical SEO: Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and indexability. Work with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligns with SEO best practices.
  • SEO Audits: Perform regular SEO audits to identify and address issues, ensuring the website remains optimized and adheres to the latest SEO guidelines.
  • Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of the Roboyo website (WordPress), ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and free from technical issues. Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to implement website updates, enhancements, and new features. Monitor website performance, identify issues, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
  • Analytics and reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs) to track website performance, user behavior, and SEO metrics. Generate regular reports on website traffic, keyword rankings, and SEO performance. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Keep Roboyo ahead of the curve: Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and keep Roboyo ahead of its competitors.


Experience and skills you’ll need to do this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in website management (WordPress), SEO and data analytics.
  • Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving organic traffic growth.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, BigQuery, Lighthouse, CWV, Google Analytics, AHREFs, etc.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development principles.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) website integration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
