We are searching for an Office Assistant
What You'll Do:
- Act as first point of contact to receive guests.
- Answer phones and direct calls in a courteous manner.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders, as needed.
- Book conference rooms for internal / external meetings.
- Allocate seating to employee visitors from other locations.
- Order breakfast / lunch for meetings; set up and clean up conference rooms.
- Communicate with building management about facilities issues.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Send out mailings including packages via FedEx, UPS, etc.
- Process expenses for members of leadership team.
- Ad hoc projects and admin work, as assigned.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
