Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboard new employees by preparing necessary documents and facilitating orientation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed to ensure a well-stocked workspace.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate compensation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, ideally within a corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
