Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within our Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure our Salesforce environment supports organizational goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize requirements for Salesforce enhancements and integrations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and solution architects to design and deliver effective solutions.
• Support Salesforce configuration including workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and permissions.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and adoption activities.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new features to maximize platform value.
• Maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business on Salesforce best practices and capabilities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (fields, objects, workflows, page layouts, etc.).
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or hospitality industries.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• Strong data analysis skills, including building reports and dashboards.
• Change management and user adoption experience.

Licensing Requirement: Must be willing to complete all license applications, background checks, security checks and/or any other documentation and provide copies of any identification documents required by any State, Federal or Tribal governmental agency in order to maintain compliance with their laws and to successfully perform in the role.
