𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂

To be successful in this role it will be helpful to have at least 5+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role, covering 2 years as General Admin. In your CV we will be also looking for at least 1 year of experience with a CPA, CA firm, medical billing, law firm, collections, and insurance, or any financial organization

  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Solid organizational skills

Tools you will be using: Insightly, Slack, Google Suite, Infusionsoft.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

  • Helping clients & vendors with documents, answering questions/emails (all would be trained skills), negotiations, finding & implementing vendor requests & coordinating of details
  • Drafting different letters including Conflict Resolution
  • Administrative duties to assist other departments in the firm when needed
  • Coordinate with our overseas and local teams on various projects
  • Document management
  • Slack Channel management/coordination with other teams
  • Working with clients (USA) to assist them with their needs
  • Ready to Skype/zoom on call, work through issues with staff & clients, assist & train, film

video for training modules, etc ( Only if needed ).

  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Keep records and reports up to date
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events when needed

  • Our USA business hours include MANDATORY overlap (8:00 am to 12:00 noon Arizona time)

Hours for some departments may be fixed or may vary depending on the tasks/projects involved.

  • Admins expect to work at least 50 hours per week during tax season, and weekends could be required.
