About the role

This is a unique role working across the whole of Physitrack Group's businesses in our central Growth team.


You will support all of the Physitrack PLC group with the design, integration, and build out of Webflow websites and supporting tech stack. As we continue to grow our businesses and their offerings, our websites are becoming increasingly more important in our marketing, lead generation, and overall Product Led Growth (’PLG’) and enterprise sales efforts.


With Physitrack being a SaaS first business, our websites are our shop fronts. They are our audiences first true interaction with our businesses and our first opportunity to get to know our audience and convert them into leads, then into customers. We have ambitious plans in 2024 including several new builds, audits, and integration projects that this role will play a vital part on, as well as supporting the day to day running of our current platforms.


Responsibilities

- Localization requests from our team around the world

- Set up and analyse AB testing, build out of new pages, collections, components, etc

- Building out documentation on best practices using Notion and Arcade

- Responsible for Physitrack, Champion Health, Champion Health +, Champion Health Nordics and Wellnow’s website needs

- Quick website edits from inbound requests

- Frequent QA testing across all group websites

- Supervise technical SEO audits and scoring

- Supporting the build out of new sites for the group

- Collaboration with the Physitrack Group


Job Requirements


Must have:

  • A strong understanding of webflow including CMS, components, membership, logic, etc
  • Competent using common 3rd party tools such as Zapier for connectivity
  • A proven portfolio with at least 3 completed projects (personal projects or client based)
  • ClientFirst (FinSweet) knowledge around the class naming system, page structure, etc
  • A solid understanding of the Weglot platform for translation/localisation
  • Familiarity of Figma from a web designer perspective
  • An understanding of AB testing and other analytics platforms
  • Demonstrable technical SEO expertise


Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of JS, HTML, CSS, Ruby on Rails, and other custom coding languages
  • Using webflow interactions and other animation solutions such as lottie etc
  • Zapier/Pabbly integrations and connectors skills
  • Design and animation skills
  • Fullstory, SEMrush, ActiveCampaign experience


Soft objectives for 2024:


1 - Conversion optimization: Working with the relevant stakeholders, establish key benchmarks of the marketing site's performance through FullStory, Optibase and other tools. Run continuous A/B tests and include findings, benchmarks and trends in a full audit. Work to increase lead conversion on the


2 - Component implementation: Work with our senior webflow designer to implement group wide component designs such as pricing calculators, progressive profiling forms, digital deal rooms, etc into the groups wider websites.


3 - New builds: Support the build and migration of our organisations, websites into Webflow using your skills and the latest design trends to highlight the benefits of our platforms and systems to our audience, whilst maximising the capturing of leads into our CRM system and nurturing systems.


4 - Training and education: Work with the Head of Marketing to select a tool from within our techstack that supports your daily work, and move towards completing their expert certification criteria by the end of 2024.
